Email Account Password Reset

  1. Login to your HOSTAFRICA client portal
  2. Click on "Services" 
  3. Click on the green "Active" bar on the right-hand side of the product that your email account is under
  4. Scroll down and click on "Email Accounts" under "Quick Shortcuts"
  5. Click on "Password and Authentication" next to the email account that you want to change the password for
  6. Change your password
