    We would like to inform about connectivity issue in Sao Paulo data center. Due to an unexpected network outage with one of the IP transit providers the servers in Sao Paulo data center are unreachable from most of the locations.

    IP transit provider network team is already involved to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as soon as possible.
